APM Resource works with many vendors providing Project Teams, From the Programme Manager, we aim to provide high calibre individuals that will enable them to manage the delivery of change in the most effective manner. We do this by searching for resources with experience of managing comparable change assignments in similar organisations, therefore allowing for lessons to be learnt at the start as well as the end.
Within this service, we can provide all administration resources required to deliver any successful change initiative.
In addition, we can provide field based resources to help with physical moves and changes, examples of this include.
• New £20 Polymer note. We provided a geographically spread team of 80 engineers who visited 11,500 Post Offices in the UK to make the necessary software and hardware changes to ATMs to be able to issue the new notes. On the same project, APM Resource engineers also visited every ATM of one of the UK's Largest High Street Banks.
• APM Resource provided a team of 30 engineers to visit 4000 convenience stores across the UK to conduct an IT asset survey.
• Working with a provider of payment devices. APM Resource had a team of engineers to remove and collect redundant payment devices, validate the device and return to our customer to be refurbished.
